In Day View, you’ll see a grid with your different rooms and tables on the left.
Superb’s GXM platform allows you to break up your restaurant or bar into different areas such as terrace, upstairs, downstairs, bar, etc. This makes it easier for staff and quicker for you to see which rooms are your busiest and plan better for the future.
From this view, you’ll have a full overview of bookings for today, tomorrow and next week.
Viewing the Table Plan lets you see where tables are placed in your restaurant and how they’re divided by rooms.
With Superb’s GXM platform you can set up your table plan exactly like it is in your actual restaurant. This gives you a complete digital image of your space and is valuable for your team… especially new servers and staff.
Viewing by table plan shows you exactly how many people are seated at any given table. You’ll know which tables are open, the size of each open table and where you can seat walk-ins and large groups.
If lists are your thing, use the List View to see all reservations for the day as a list. You’ll see the guest's name, room, table, time, number of guests, status and duration.
You’ll see available, reserved, and occupied tables at a glance and can seat guests without any delay and allocate open tables for walk-ins.
Checking out the List View is also a great way for staff to start their shift — get a quick overview of reservations and what the day looks like.
The Month View option is the best way to plan ahead and make sure you have enough staff scheduled. You’ll see a complete overview of the month’s bookings and the total number of guests coming in. Plus, weekly and daily totals are also listed.
Each day you’ll see the number of reservations, number of guests, and anyone on the waiting list.
