You can now fully customise the button on your booking site. From ‘Reserve a table’ to ‘Enter our world’, what you say is completely up to you.
With the latest update to the POS app, you’ll be able to communicate easier with the back-of-house on any individual line items.
Any comment you add goes directly to the kitchen printer — not the final guest bill. So all of the action behind-the-scenes stays behind the scenes.
And if the guest changes their mind and doesn’t want oat milk in their latte? No problem. Before sending to the printer, comments are quickly removed with one tap.
Flexibility and the restaurant industry go together like white on rice. To give you more flexibility, servers can now control when to hold and fire orders.
On the kitchen printout, your team will see which items are waiting (so they’ll know what to expect) and what to start on now. That means you’re better able to give guests the dining experience they want.
With this latest improvement, you can fire all items instead of having to tap them one by one. The new FIRE ALL button automatically selects all items and lets you send them to the kitchen at once.
